I purchased this Caprice in July of 2023 with 8600 miles from dealer in Phoenix ( I have all documents) it now has 9300 miles on it. I am 2nd owner. 1st owner was Border Patrol. I replaced tires with new sensors , struts, brakes, added updated Stereo original unlocked from Australia, installed aftermarket leather center console and drivers mirror.
