Selling for a family member it’s an old bike could be used for parts, if someone was willing to restore it, it could be a nice bike to collect. We have tried starting it but It doesn’t start, it probably needs gas, he doesn’t have any need for it so he just wants it gone. It’s been sitting for a while, so there is some dust.
