78 yr old 2nd owner(15yrs)-golf and errands daily driver. I have maintained it well, oil at 3k. Last spring it leaked a bit in driveway. I had rear seal replaced and while in there had him replace front seal, clutch kit, and belt/water pump. It uses zero oil. I also replaced tires last spring.
