Motor and Transmission is very strong. RV in use now and refrigerator and freezer works as it should on gas and electric. Ceiling lining is coming down in bedroom and living room. Living room and kitchen is separate. Four burner big stove. Bedroom Ceiling vent needs replaced. Three big windows in bedroom. It needs some cosmetic changes, NOTHING MAJOR.
