Nice, clean 31 ft rv sl Tioga. Everything works on this. Batteries are fairly new. Hot water heater fairly new. Runs good but has a whirring sound due to new rear axle. Has 145500 miles. Has kinda been redone both inside and out. Has some issues. Step does not retract, cruise control has a short, windows lock on front windows are broken but you can use a clip, awning on slide needs replacing, lpg tank is rusted, could use a coat of roofing.
