This 1940 Oldsmobile Series 60 Convertible was given a frame off, back to the metal rebuild about 25 years ago. It has no rust or accidents. The car was 95% finished but sat in his garage for undriven for 25 years (I mean ZERO miles). It’s present condition is physically excellent but it needs completely going through again to make it drivable.
