Car will not turn over.Was told by Honda dealer that it needs an engine, but diagnosis did not say cause of failure.Honda stealership wants $9000 for a new engine with labor.Used, low mileage JDM K engines can be had for $900 on Ebay.Unfortunately, the independent mechanics I spoke to want around $4000 to install around the NYC area.This project would be great for someone who can do the work themselves. Paint and body are excellent, as is the interior. Transmission drove smooth without slipping....
