Excellent condition with overall interior leather (like new), exterior and mechanically all are very good. Clean CarFax with only incident 10 years ago with a parking lot "backing up" issue. The rear bumperwas repainted. Clean California title with SMOG completed. Look at my reviews for past cars - They are 100% positive. I just tell the truth - much easier.
