1966 Ford Fairlane 500 XL hardtop. It’s a 289 V8 with the original 4 speed top loader manual trans. Motor has a noisy lifter from sitting too long. Poured some Lucas mystery oil in the crankcase and it sounds much better. Needs to run more. Just drove it from Escondido to Chula Vista and back with no issues (110 miles round trip.) Paint and body are decent but not perfect. No rust or bubbling, just paint chips and a couple dings and a small dent on driver fender. Good weekend car paint and bod...
