This car does have a Clear Title, it is an Open title. This car used to run and drive but the motor is now froze up = ENGINE DOES NOT RUN. The rest of all of the running gear is there. As far as I know it is all still in operating condition BUT I can NOT GUARANTEE any of its condition since the car does not run at this time. This car has sat for 20-30 years.
