About the Alpha Edition, approximately only 3500 were produced beginning in 2009 until all Hummer production ceased in early 2010, for ICE vehicles. The biggest asset of the Alpha edition is the 5.3L LS1 V8, in stock form (currently) is only 325HP, however this motor is capable of extreme modifications resulting in extreme HP.
