2012 Mitsubishi i-MiEV electric car that needs repair. Car will not go into ready mode and will NOT move under it's own power. 27K original miles. No accidents and all original paint. Car is in nice shape but needs someone with the correct equipment to diagnose and repair. When plugged into charger, a few clicks are heard and the battery fan runs for about a second and then the system shuts down.
