2007 16' Carolina Skiff.Brand-new 2018 40 h.p. Evinrude was installed in 2019, but never used out on the water. It was run, and then immediately winterized and put in storage.I believe we started it last year, and then winterized it again. Boat was seldom used, usually for light fishing in Long Island Sound, and for watersports/tubing, too.Controls are new, too.
