Found in a house as you see it.. last time on the road was 1981 from the inspection sticker and the registration is from 1981.. It does not run. But the engine does turn over with compression. 1972 Norton 750. It is actually a 1971 model with the drum brakes but the New York registration says 1972… this happed a lot back then.
