Check out this cool Lotus Europa project. We've never seen a Spider version of the Europa and this one sure looks great! This project has the Renault single cam engine and it starts and runs. Needs finishing to your taste. Turbine wheels, nice dash. Solid VIN and CA license plate but it is out of the system here. No title, sold on Bill of Sale.
