About this vehicle 1978 f150, 2WD, 4-speed, 6 cyl Seller's Notes 2 wheel drive, straight six, 4 speed. Truck runs fine. New all terrain tires (different than the ones pictured), and recently tuned up. Surface rust on undercarriage but everything is completely solid no through rust anywhere.
