Diablo Predator P2 7301 Married READ !!! FOR DODGE/CHRYSLER CARS This is married to a vehicle already. I contacted Diablo Sport and they said you have to power it up (as shown in the pictures) contact them and pay a $99 unlock fee to use it on a different vehicle. It comes just as shown. You will need a usb cable to plug it into a computer, it's a pretty common cord, we used one off our SD card reader, but there is not one included with this unit.
