Turnkey as pictured. 2022 Suzuki 25hp 4 stroke with about 30 hours. I've had this 2 years now. Last summer I replaced the original 2 stroke with a modern 4 stroke. This is a 15inch short shaft. Top speed is 28 mph at 6000 rpm.. Cruises nicely at 22-24 mph at 5200-5500 rpm. It has a 10 1/4 11 pitch prop on it. I put in the upholstery and the gauges.
